Is there a quick way to make a table in which the rows will be the username, the columns will be the group, and the cells will indicate whether the user is in a group or not?

If you know Powershell - then yes, there is a quick way to upload both groups and their members, and users and their group membership, and then collect the data into any table.
Collect the data arrays you need into variables, and then combine as you need.
