How to make a tab switcher from the bottom?

I need it to be something like this: There are

two buttons below: you press one - one content and heading appears, you press the other - another content and heading. I don't know how to do that. Tell me please! At least what components should I use for this? I'm just quite new to android development.

I would recommend option 2 in case of display at the bottom of the screen to match the guidelines material design from google

Well, in order for something to change from above, hang the listener and that's it
