How to make a stout bar?

I have android 4.4.2 , I want to make the status bar like in android 5.0.
Tell me how to do it?
It can be done step by step.

No way.
The Status Bar is drawn by the operating system, and you cannot change it from the application. Unless you make your own build of Android.
