If it stands next to Windows, then it's as easy as shelling pears:

Жмем кнопку «Install / Config»

Подтверждаем, после чего, загрузчик восстановлен

Осталось выполнить удаление разделов как в первом способе

You can find out the disk partition with Ubuntu by size and file system.
Demolish Ubuntu = format a partition (if you need to convert this partition to another file system) or simply delete all files (if you want to leave this partition), but formatting is faster.
The only question is where and how the bootloader is installed. You will most likely also demolish it when formatting the partition with Ubuntu.
The bootloader can be restored, googled example from win8.1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YI4mrlJsXTA. For other Windows, look for yourself.
