How to make a spray effect in CSS3?

Hello guys, I have a problem here. I have such an animation here.

You see this spraying device and for it you need to do such a thing so that it sprays out liquid. I thought about it for 2 days, but I couldn’t do it. Anyone with experience in css3 animations please help
