How to make a sound broadcast or radio?

The ideal option for me is to broadcast conversations in TeamSpeak to an HTML page via JS.
If it’s impossible or too difficult, then I’m looking for inexpensive services so that 2-3 people can communicate, put on music and broadcast.
Audience 100-200 people.

Determine if TeamSpeak has any broadcasting plug-in - if not, then collect the icecasts sound from the device and remove it from the port with some kind of JS player and that's all in principle.
