How to make a simple product, but with some possibilities of a variable one?

Dear colleagues, save me, I have already broken my whole head. A small introduction: now I am developing a site on Woocommerce, one of the requirements of the SEO specialist was the formation of a unique URL for each product, but at the same time, each product has several varieties (size, color). And the customer wants each variation to be shown separately!
Variable products do not seem to be very suitable (the catalog shows one product for all variations, variations do not have a normal url, in general, not that).
I tried to emulate variations of variable products in simple WooCommerce Show Single Variations plugin from iconic. A bit wrong, rules, rules, finished it - spat (conflicts with a self-written function that changes the price of a product depending on the exchange rate, and there are other nuances too - it doesn’t fit at all). The only option left is to form all the variations just like ordinary simple products (copywriters are tormented by the description for everything to write, yes).
Now the actual question:
How to display color and size options in a (simple) product card, for example, under the price, with a choice (preferably without reloading the page) and, after selecting all the parameters, send it to the required product page?
In theory - the size and color can be made attributes of the product, how to display attributes anywhere in the product card, depending on the category, I know in theory. But what's next? When the customer chooses, for example, a different color of the product? Send it as a redirect to another page? What if you want a different size? Redirect again?

Here (see in the comments) a similar option was described with a working example of the plugin. You only need to tweak the output function to fit your selection (i.e. taxonomy or metafield). In the plugin, the selection is carried out according to the specific content of the metafield. True, without ajax, hands did not reach.
