How to make a separate storage for attachments in emails?

We use Exchange corporate mail. Most of the users, due to their work needs, send photos in letters (within the organization, to third-party addresses). Due to the fact that photos take up a lot of space in the database, is it possible to connect a separate storage (such as NAS) for attachments in letters or specifically for images?

Send not photos, but links to them in a cloud service? + Raise your cloud service, ala Nextcloud

Only 3rd party applications such as eVault can do this. Regularly, Exchange does not have such functionality.
