Drupal 8. How to make a separate form for comments with your own filter? The problem is that I can do it, but then the user will have a choice in the filters - he can already choose from two forms, but the second one is intended for other purposes but is available in permissions.
In short, it is necessary that for comments and for adding materials there are strictly different settings for the comment field with ckeditorom.
