There is an admin panel on Yii2.
On the table page (table tag), elements from the database are displayed line by line.
You need to create checkboxes for each row, and, say, by pressing a button, proceed to work with the selected elements.
I do not understand how to link a checkbox and a specific element from the database.

And why does gridview not fit with ready-made functionality? Use gii and get not just an example, but a ready-made implementation.
