How to make a selection filter on the main page of Opencart?

Good afternoon. There is such a task, to make a selection of goods according to the model and make of the car. It is necessary that there is such a Search or Filter on the main page, so that when choosing a Car Brand, Car Models are loaded.

At the moment, there is a Mega Filter Pro module and check the Hide inactive options checkbox there. But still the filter does not work as it should, I don't know how to set such child Options like Model and Brand there. Please help me with this issue if anyone has faced similar issue before.
