How to make a responsive banner in Adobe Animate CC 2015?

In the official FAQ there is a screenshot with the publishing parameters and there is a checkbox "make responsive"

But I don't see such an option in my settings, can it be activated somehow?

Yes, already figured it out. It was necessary to install version 2015.2

Same problem. I found only one answer: an outdated version of the program. Type through Help -> Updates, you can update Animate forcibly and then these lines will magically appear.
Didn't help me...
