How to make a redirect from a group of pages?

Hello guys.
The problem is the following. There is a site on windows hosting written on asp.net
You need to make a 301 redirect from the English version of the site to another domain.
The English version of the site is located at mydomain.com/en/
How to do it? I'm new to these things. I work on linux hosting.

I wouldn't go into the app. If the application is hosted under IIS, then in the application settings there is a "HTTP protocol redirect" section.
