How to make a Redirect 301 when there is a # sign in the url?

Hello!
Faced for the first time with difficulty when creating a redirect in .htaccess.
There is a site *****. com with ugly urls like *****. com /#!land5-1/c1fyh
When trying to make a normal redirect Redirect 301 /#!land5-1/c1fyh http://******. ru /homestead/gorushka
The result is always the same - we get to the page: http://******. ru /#!land5-1/c1fyh
How to make sure that everything works fine and forwarding goes as it should?
