How to make a quick tool to synchronize time with the server in Windows 10?

It is necessary to give a limited user account a simple means of synchronizing time with the server - clicked, synchronized.
On Win 7, it's extremely easy: a bat file with one line
net time \\computer_name_in_locale_by_which_we_sync /set /yes - and you're done!
At 10-ke some problems with rights begin. I can't even do this from an admin account. writes:
system error 5
access denied.

Thank you all for your help and advice, problem solved.
In Windows 10, unlike 7, there is a task in the scheduler specifically for synchronizing time right now. We just take and make a bat file with the launch of this task:
But it needs to be run only from the admin, so if you need it to run on a limited account, then leave the batch file itself in any folder, make a shortcut to it and write in the path:
We throw off the label to the user, he will ask for the admin password for the first time, enter it, he will not ask for it again (until some point he will keep it, until what I know, but I have never been stored for months)
