How to make a quick search by exact match in the model by the CharField(max_length=2000) field?

Good afternoon. The essence of the question is in the question :)
I know about full-text search, but I'm wondering if there is something more suitable.
The field will contain a hash type entry (unique), from 1 to 2000+ characters. Presumably there
will be a lot of records over time, maybe even millions
Indexing such a field seems pointless, but if I'm wrong, I'll be glad to hear feedback this task?
