How to make a quick change between style guides in ReSharper?

Something I dug into the ReSharper settings, and could not do what I need. I poked, created files with settings, tried to copy their settings to different Layers (which are "solution ... personal", "solution ... team-shared", "this computer" and "... ReSharperGlobalSettings". Then the settings were not copied , then copied, but nothing changed ... in general, I'm confused, I hope for your help.
