I published an article on Habré, now I am preparing its translation into English for publication on my blog. Do I need to add a link to the Russian version on the blog? Change initial publication on habré?

In the future, I plan to do the opposite: first publishing in a blog in English, then on Habré in Russian. Should I format the articles as a translation, put a link to my blog, or not mention the English version at all?
