How to make a portal on next.js?

Hello, tell me how to make a portal on next.js. I don't know if portal is the right word. In general, I have a website, now it is one next.js application. I've written several other apps that run on subdomains, all of which look pretty much the same in terms of main menu and design. And I want to somehow combine them so that they have one common framework application with a common navbar with a set of links to all applications on the server. To add small applications like that, without changing all applications each time, adding links to this new application to them.

Is it easy to render all navbar from config?
