How to make a pop-up Balloon appear at the top of the Yandex map when clicking on Placemark?

1. How can I make the pop-up Balloon appear at the top of the Yandex map when clicking on a Placemark, and not immediately above the placemark? Is it possible to set free balloon positioning?
2. How can I make sure that when clicking on the Placemark, the Placemark itself does not disappear, but remains on the map?
3. Is it possible to style the balloon the way I want?
