How to make a pixel an independent value?

There is an application that generates documentation. According to a special hotkey, a circle is placed in place of the pointer. The circle is a hint label. That is, the user puts circles in those places where he needs to describe some element of the application and then a screenshot of the place with these circles is taken, and an asciidoc dock is already generated where each circle is a variable into which you can insert a description of the element. The trick is that all these actions are recorded in a file, so that later it can be played back. But screen resolutions are different everywhere, and when you play these tests on different screens, then ......... So far, ideas come to mind to assign these circles and screenshots to a specific node, but this is a hassle. I have experience in android development and dip is used there Есть ли какая нибудь формула как сделать пикселе независимую еденицу? Ну или может другие идеи? Приложение дополню десктопное на FX
