How to make a pdf or a large html file from a lot of site pages?

There are all sorts of directories with a table of contents and data.
For example https://metanit.com/web/vuejs/1.1.php
In this example, the table of contents is on the left and the information is on the right.
Question: is there a normal parser that would go over all the links of an element with class X , then the left block and load the data of the Y element - the right one. Put it all together, make a pdf. Then print and enjoy life?
