I ordered a telegram bot from a programmer and now he is not responding. Lost somewhere
The essence of the bot: enters the affiliate program, downloads statistics, uploads to sheet.zoho.com, then publishes a link to the statistics in telegrams.
So he does with two partners.
The bot programmer put it on heroku and said that 1000 free hours would be easy for me to miss.
So it was for several months.
A couple of days ago, I received a notification that free hours were ending, and then they ended completely.
But from one affiliate program it continues to publish statistics, and from the second it does not publish.
I changed the tariff for a hobby ($ 7 per month) to Heroku, but nothing happens: the money is not debited from the visa, the bot still does not work.
