How to make a payment claim in google wallet?

Recently paid for the last humblebundle on September 21st by depositing some raccoons via google wallet. The money was debited from the linked card, the payment receipt came to the mail and, since then, no greetings, no answer. Wrote to [email protected] bundle, no one answers.
Q: How do I protest a transaction? It was easier with paypal, but here it literally says that the money was debited, received and that's it. Where to poke, etc.

Found - in the Help menu there is an item "Reimbursement". Google terms - no more than 90 days after the payment.
