Please tell me whether it is realistic to make a parser of certain material in VK (text, photo) and automatic posting of this material to a group in VK.
tell me materials on vk api what frameworks can be used in python and is it really possible?

really, you will need any lib to work with VK api (or directly), several accounts and proxies so as not to catch captcha at the most unexpected moment
documentation and any framework you know, for similar purposes (only for myself without heavy loads) I completely managed with ordinary python scripts
