There are goods in the infoblock, everything is sorted, the fields are set .. But here you need to make a module that will display the goods selected by the admin (how to determine them? Can you put the same product in 2 infoblocks?), and so that the detailed page would be a standard page goods, i.e. when clicking on a product, it was the same as when clicking on it from the standard catalog

I do not understand why there is a second infoblock. You create a new property in the information block with goods, perhaps a checkbox like "Show on homepage" - I don't know how it is with you.
Well, in the right place you display the component - mb news.list or catalog.section with products filtered by this property.
