There is a local site torrent tracker I want to implement video viewing on it directly in the browser on the site without "downloading" I have one idea to implement this only as an extension for HTML5 browsers since the same chrome stopped working with regular extensions. Any other suggestions or can there are some scripts for sites? do not offer ace stream because it does not work in chrome

Write an ad on the site: online viewing is available for users of Torch and Maelstrom browsers and the roxplayer XD player.
In other cases, what you ask is impossible.
PS ace stream is not an extension (it seems there is an extension and a service in Windows, which actually downloads files).
