open CMD and write diskpart => list disk and select your disk, you can find out by the volume of the drive => clean => create partition primary => active => format fs=ntfs quick => assign => exit and in that order, and that's it

Go to disk management and delete all partitions from the flash drive, then create a new partition and format it. There will be no problems with the work, only the data from the flash drive, of course, will be lost.
