How to make a mobile menu on MODX Evolution?

1) Not at all familiar with this system. With css everything is fine. It is required to make a mobile layout. The problem remains with the menu. Hiding a large standard menu is not a problem. But how to show three stripes and click on them to open the mobile menu?
I know that there is a Wayfinder snippet with which I can create a vertical menu, but I don’t know how to bind it to a click on the three bars.
2) Another newbie question on the topic - where to register a block with these three stripes to fix it in the upper right corner for the mobile menu? Surely there is a standard place in the admin panel where such blocks are entered.

use the Pdotools component
and then you can display the menu like this:

what's what you can see in the documentation, there are a lot of settings. There you can make a multi-level menu, prescribe your styles, etc.
