There was a story called "Yandex.islands".
Now the project is closed and there are no plans to return to it.
Special blocks in the issuance are manually generated by Yandex for specific mega-popular sites.
That is, this is not some kind of magic markup, it is a special functionality that Yandex made specifically for instagram, wiki, vk, YouTube and N more sites of the same level.
