How to make a menu with multi-site?

Hello dear forums!
There are two sites site1.ru and sub.site1.ru. The general menu for both sites looks like this
News Cinema Sports Auto Show business Games
but for sub.site1.ru one more item is added Soft and that's what we have.
site1.ru - Movie News Sports Auto Showbiz Games
site1.ru - Movie News Sports Auto Showbiz Games Soft
Movies, Games and Software have a drop-down menu. I know how to do it within the framework of one site, but I can’t figure out something within the framework of multisite. Who will tell you how to do it right?

Would you first clarify whether the sites have the same folder or different ones? What are menu items based on? (File .***.menu.php or from sections/elements of the infoblock).
