I managed to google only the Opener application, but it’s not quite right there, or I didn’t figure it out.

replace the http protocol with vk, i.e. vk://vk.com/.... should work. The downside is that if the application is not installed, then the link will not open at all. In this regard, it looks more logical to link to a special page that will try to open a link to the application and, if unsuccessful, will redirect to the site
