The bottom line is that I'm used to typesetting right away and not tormenting myself with rulers in Photoshop.
Right now, in the early days of mobile apps and websites, I do a lot of responsive stuff.
How to take a screenshot of your mobile layout?
I make a desktop one through FireShot, but it only screens well with fullscreen.
