There is a site on Joomla 2.5. How to make it responsive?
I saw the implementation on Drupal, but there is no time to transfer the entire site from Joomla.

And what do you want to see in the answer? A link to a plugin that will do everything for you? You have several options: you can remake the template, you can make a separate template for mobile devices. Do you really need adaptability? Maybe arrange a responsive design, on an adaptive grid?
Well, of course, this has little to do with Joomla itself.

Use a template with Bootstrap, change it to fit your style. I usually do this, the Bootstrap documentation is simple and short, the main thing is to understand the classes related to different adaptations and that's it! If you have not been interested in this library before, then you will be very surprised how easy and simple everything is :)
