How to make a java learning plan?

Hello!
I study in college with a degree in POVT and AS (software for computers and automated systems)
Too much information on my studies, but I decided to look towards java. I am currently reading Head First of java.
But I can’t draw up a training plan (java) in any way, what to teach and how to teach and where to teach, and where to find real tasks. (I looked at the tasks in textbooks, but they are not interesting and far from reality)
I would be grateful if you advise and share your experience.
