How to make a hard-reset for an Android phone?
I have Beeline Smart first.
Lately, I've been turning off for no reason. You might think that this is an iron problem, but sometimes not really shaking the phone and using it by barely touching the screen can turn off.
Therefore, I decided to do a hard-reset and see if it will repeat?
But I don't know how to do it right. Before this procedure, I want to save important data for me. Problems with SMS, how to backup them? Which file stores them? So that you can copy it and put it in its original place after hard-reset-a?
Titanium Backup and other applications do not offer. I also have difficulty with this. :) The fact is that none of the applications is installed and issues "Insufficient internal memory". This is also one of the reasons why I decided to do a hard-reset.
Recently I made a hard-reset to one of my friends through Settings -> "Restore and reset" -> "Reset settings" (Return to factory settings ...). But after the procedure was completed, on the file system I saw folders from Yandex Navigator and from other applications. Apparently the occurrence is not quite clean "Reset". Therefore, there were doubts about the correctness of my actions.
Any ideas?
