How to make a grid in Unity in 2d mode?

I am new to unity. Tell me how to make a green grid on a black background with buttons on the crosshairs of the grid?

First, the assignment is hardly understandable.
Secondly, if you don’t want to solve such questions on your own, but rely on the tips of others (and you, apparently, will have to spam such questions for a long time to make a simple toy), then look for a mentor. Either for a fee, or, if you're lucky, someone just agrees.
But it's easier to go and smoke tutorials until everything becomes clear, which is what I advise.
