How to make a full RSS feed parser?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!

There are services on the Internet that make full-text feeds from short RSS sources. Since I'm not very good at programming (slightly touched JS), the question interests me:

> How is the parser of a short RSS feed into a feed with full text.

PS In my free time I study JS, but not regularly and on my own. Perhaps give hints on how this can be organized in JS ( + AJAX, for example). I would also practice.

It's not good to parse other people's entire feeds.
