How to make a form for displaying authorized users on the site?

I am doing work for the university 'Webinar Platform', the site is simple of two pages, authorization and the screen with the webinar itself, there is a chat, video from the webcam, a screen capture of the teacher and above the chat I want to display the number of people on the webinar, as well as so that from the database their name and surname were pulled up, in fact this is the number of authorized users. How can this be done? I am not even a junior in programming, but before that I coped with the tasks, but I could not find an answer to this question. There is an idea how it can be done.

I have no idea how everything is implemented for you, but I will assume that you have some kind of server through which authorization and translation are performed. So technically this server knows which of the users is currently connected. So counting their number and sending them to customers should not be a problem.
