How to make a drum for Ionic/Angular?

There is such an idea with a drum (I don’t know how scientifically), but it’s absolutely not clear how to implement it. A native component without pandemonium seems to be impossible to use. It remains apparently to look for a similar component in HTML5. Hence the question: who knows similar components for Angular? It may not necessarily look 1 in 1.
