How to make a drag and drop quiz game in Unity?

Hello, I had an idea to make a quiz game where the answer is made up of the letters below. However, I ran into a bunch of problems that I could not solve on my own. I tried to hiccup videos and tried to read various kinds of literature, but the result is very modest, I could only implement the drag and drop system, and that is pretty crooked. If it's not difficult for you, can you tell me how to make this kind of game?

You will most likely not like my answer, but as a person who has been involved in game development for more than 5 years, I can say for sure: not yet.
You will not find 100% lessons, as the task is unique. And, if you find it, it will be just someone who fought the same way and achieved something - these are not lessons, it's just one beaten by life shares his experience with another.
The approach should be as follows:
1. Learn to work with the tool (in your case, this is an engine)
2. Learn to program (at least basic knowledge of Sharpe is required)
3. We sit on a piece of paper for a very long time and break your future game mechanics into components, such as the same drag n drop, or even smaller.
4. We try to implement each individual task. Under them it is already quite possible to find lessons. You can do this not even in the main project, but start a new one for each feature. Since this is training, it would even make more sense.
5. And only then we collect everything together, but not thoughtlessly, but with an understanding of what is happening in general
