How to make a discord bot send a sticker with a message?

With this command, the bot sends the desired message, but instead of a sticker I get "None". How to solve it?

Bots cannot send stickers (which are currently only available for A/B testing in Canada), because, in fact, they do not have an "inventory" of stickers:

What you indicated in the body of the question ( Rule 3.8 , by the way, please read) - used for emoji, which are different from stickers.
