I run it through the console, and it is online
As soon as I close the console, the bot goes offline and does not execute the command
How to fix this?

To do this, the code must be placed on some host where it will be constantly executed, for example, pythonanywhere

You can leave the PC to work 24/7. But a better option would be hosting.
