How to make a custom layout change scheme?

You need to switch the layout using Win + Space
Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon
The problem is that the above is not among the standard options.

Those. either you need to add your own option (where to look?), or through a custom bind, but for this you need to know the switch command. Any ideas which way to dig? Or recommendations on how such tasks are solved (where to look for configs, for example).
