How to make a copy via dd, immediately check the hash amount, encrypt and send to the cloud via rsync?

Good afternoon.
How to do the following with one command:
1. DD a partition or the entire disk
2. Encryption via tar, 7z or any other archive
3. Checking the hash sum of the partition (so that it is copied without damage)
4. Sending to the ms onedrive cloud via rsync (and + to Google cloud, immediately in two)?

Is this possible at all?
But without saving the image to disk .

Through Linux pipes, of course.
First write the commands separately, then combine them into one.

But without saving the image to disk.

If you drive into RAM, then this very memory will clog very quickly, and Linux in this case hangs tightly.
