How to make a choice of variations in color and size with an indication of the quantity?

Couldn't find a suitable plugin because perhaps the task is a bit specific.

On the product page, you need to display something like this.



A person selects several positions (unlimited number) and in each one he can choose a unique color and size of the variation and indicate how many specific variations.
I could implement this in pure php, but due to the requirements of the customer, I have to do it in wordpress.
In the search, there were plugins that display the entire list of variations, where combinations can reach up to 200+ and stupidly display them on the page.

Is it worth trying to implement this losing a lot of time or convincing the customer for a simpler way?
