How to make a check on the first excel file with a selection so that in the second in the cells the value changes from (by default) no to yes?

Uploaded the database from the application to .csv - table format.
Divided into sheet (sheets) by type.
in another file created columns with the values ​​"Data validation" yes and no.
and also "Condittion formatting" value is equal to - so that the cells are painted over depending on the values.
Question:
