Hello. Please tell me how can I cache a site so that it is available offline (at least 5 MB of data) on ios and android (if possible, then on wp)? Those. I want to make a site that people can use as an application (so that they can add it to the desktop as an icon and access the site through this icon, the site will be displayed in full screen mode), and I want the information that the user has already downloaded to remain in the cache so that he does not have to connect to the Internet to update the data.
