How to make a bluetooth audio receiver from an android device?

Evening in Poson's hut!
I want to send sound from a PC via bluetooth to an android phone, which in turn is connected to the speakers. Is it possible to do this? What software?

Can be done via WIFI. The quality will be much better than Bluetooth.
