How to make a block of text in nodepad++?

Hello, the question is simple, but I couldn’t figure out how to do it
There is a block of text
Example:

2.2
How to make two blocks out of this? 1 and 2, respectively, so that they open when pressed? list .. the screenshot is purely for example, thanks!
